Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

Sonny Ai provides business automation consultancy and implementation services, including the design and deployment of custom command suites using technologies such as n8n, PostgreSQL/Supabase, and custom AI integrations.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to required systems, data, and stakeholders
• Deliver feedback within agreed timescales
• Provide content and assets as needed for project delivery

3. Intellectual Property

Sonny Ai retains ownership of proprietary architectures, reusable code libraries, and automation frameworks. Clients own their business data and receive a perpetual licence to use the delivered command suite for internal operations.

4. Payment Terms

Project fees are agreed upon before work begins. A deposit may be required. Full payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sonny Ai's total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Work completed up to the termination date remains billable.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
